What's included
A Getting-to-Know-You Consultation
We begin with a warm, unhurried conversation where I listen to your story — your hopes for birth, the things that feel uncertain, and what kind of support feels right for you. This is where our relationship begins, and where you start to feel less alone in it all.
Two Dedicated Prenatal Visits
We meet intentionally during your pregnancy to prepare your heart and mind for birth. Together we'll talk through what labor may look and feel like, work on your birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and tend to any fears that need gentle attention.
Personalized Birth Preferences Planning
I'll guide you through creating a thoughtful birth plan that reflects your values, your wishes, and your voice — so that your care team understands who you are and what matters most to you.
On-Call Support
As you near the end of pregnancy, I’m on call and ready to step in when labor begins. When you reach out, I’ll come—no matter the hour—to stay by your side from the very first moments of labor through the hours following your baby’s arrival.
Continuous Labor & Birth Support
I’ll be there continuously, supporting you as your birth unfolds, and afterward I’ll make sure you feel held and cared for. For homebirth clients, I’ll prepare your first nourishing meal so you can rest, recover, and begin bonding with your baby in a calm, supported space.
A Postpartum Follow-Up Visit
After your baby arrives, I return to sit with you. We process your birth experience, talk through how you're feeling, and make sure you have the support and resources you need as you step into motherhood.
